The consultation form may collect a parent or guardian name, email address, phone number, child's grade, preferred contact method, and a short message. Please do not submit medical records, school records, diagnoses, or other sensitive documents through the initial website form.
How the information is used
Information submitted through the consultation form is used to respond to the inquiry, discuss potential services, and send a confirmation message. Rooted Learners does not use the form to create public student profiles or publish family information.
Service providers
The website is hosted by Vercel and uses Resend to deliver consultation-related email. Those providers process technical or message data as needed to provide their services.
